Riffshore Studio is an operator-only creative publishing tool. It connects to social accounts only after the account operator authorizes access through the platform's official sign-in flow.

Information processed

The app may process authorized account identifiers, profile information made available by the platform, access tokens, video files, captions, publishing settings, provider responses, post identifiers, and performance data needed to prepare, publish, verify, and monitor Riffshore content.

How information is used

Information is used only to verify the authorized account, publish operator-approved media, prevent duplicate posting, record delivery results, diagnose failures, and review content performance. Riffshore Studio does not sell personal information or use platform data for unrelated advertising.

Storage and security

Credentials and tokens are kept in restricted configuration storage and are not displayed in public pages or media. Operational records are retained only as needed for publishing, verification, security, and troubleshooting.

Sharing

Information is shared only with the social platform and infrastructure providers required to perform the requested publishing workflow. It is not shared with unrelated businesses.

Control and deletion

The operator can revoke platform access from the connected platform account and request deletion of Riffshore Studio records by contacting riffshorestudio@gmail.com.
